Before founding The Wunderlin Company Karen Wunderlin was a sales and marketing executive at GE. Her work with the company included serving as marketing manager for a $3 billion product business to managing a process improvement initiative that reduced new product development cycle times by 50%.

During her time at GE Karen also facilitated GE’s WorkOut Process. From that in-house experience Karen was able to gain the unique understanding and skills for facilitating Work-Out and executive coaching that she has been bringing to clients of The Wunderlin Company for over 17 years.

Since leaving GE Karen has worked with organizations to facilitate change, growth and cultural development. From Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits she has worked with organizations of all sizes and scope. Laura Butcher

Laura began independently consulting in 2003 after almost 15 years of experience in human resources. A graduate of General Electric’s prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program, Laura was instrumental on the division and corporate level in the design and implementation of GE’s transformational WorkOut process. Her strong business acumen coupled with her expertise in world-class human resources practices and change management have enabled her to successfully support clients from a wide range of industries in the US as well as multiple countries throughout Asia and Europe.

Dick Kelbaugh

He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer. Don Lang

Don has a diverse work background that includes assignments in staffing and development, line operations management, business development and P&L leadership. Prior to forming Talent Effects, Inc. in 2003 (www.talenteffects.com), he worked with two global consulting firms where he supported clients with coaching and training facilitation to enhance how they effectively interview, assess, select and develop talent. Don’s work employed an interview and assessment model, based on the book The Evaluation Interview, widely recognized as a benchmark for top tier leader academy organizations such as GE, Citibank and Allied Signal (Honeywell).

Since founding Talent Effects, Don has continued to focus on working with client organizations of all sizes in the area of talent assessment and development including building talent acquisition processes, supporting executives by interviewing and assessing candidates for key positions or as part of post acquisition workforce integration, and conducting multi rater feedback and executive coaching. Dick Miller

Dick has an extensive background both internal and external to GE. He has worked in eight different GE businesses as well as integration/turnaround activities in Honeywell, RCA, Gearhart, Ryder and AMI. Besides the general manager roles within GE, Dick has also led a team of 16 consultants at Corporate GE. He has implemented Six Sigma in a transactional service business, and rescued a third party parts distribution start-up. Debra Walton

Before entering her New Season, Debra Walton was the Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development at Brown-Forman, the home of Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort, Fetzer and Bolla wines, Lenox China, Hartmann luggage and many other fine spirit and wine brands. In this capacity, she managed the training function, including Diversity interventions; individual and team leadership development; succession planning and the performance management initiatives.

Brown Forman also encouraged significant engagement with the arts and social services agencies in the community. This allowed Debra to have close involvement with the non-profit sector as a board member or executive on loan. Realizing the need, but not the budget to utilize leadership and organization effectiveness skills, Debra decided to commit more time to this sector, thus entering her New Season in 2005. more →
