Carol received her Masters Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Montana.
Carol’s business experience is primarily in the private sector working with Manufacturing, Technology, Health Care, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods and Transportation industries.
Recent experiences include:
- Coaching an organization through a complete “soup to nuts” implementation of the GE-WorkOut process, including building self-sufficiency for ongoing sessions, delivering consistently effective results and building the process into the everyday work of this U.S. food market company.
- Design and facilitation of a Change Management program in Sweden to key leadership personnel of a manufacturing and sales organization.
- Design and oversight of 6 facilitated teams of a GE-style WorkOut in eastern Ukraine producing all desired results in 100 days.
- Design and delivery of key leadership programs for a prominent Northeast U.S. teaching hospital, including “Performance Feedback and Evaluation” and “Leading People Effectively.”
- Design and delivery of GE-style WorkOut Facilitator Training in Latin America to internal facilitators of a Global Utilities business.
- Team assimilation facilitation of each department within a U.S. Utilities business following a complete organizational redesign.
