Before founding The Wunderlin Company Karen Wunderlin was a sales & marketing executive at GE. Her work with the company included serving as marketing manager for a $3 billion product business to managing a process improvement initiative that reduced new product development cycle times by 50%.
During her time at GE Karen also facilitated GE’s WorkOut Process. From that in-house experience Karen was able to gain the unique understanding and skills for facilitating WorkOut that she has been bringing to clients of The Wunderlin Company for over 18 years.
Since leaving GE Karen has worked with organizations to facilitate change, growth and cultural development. From Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits she has worked with organizations of all sizes and scope. It is this diverse history that provides Karen with unparalleled insight and tools for working with organizations of various sizes and structures.
Karen combines her experience as an operating executive with her knowledge of group processes assist her clients in identifying and implementing change. Karen has worked in Europe, Asia, and North America.
