Laura began independently consulting in 2003 after almost 15 years of experience in human resources. A graduate of General Electric’s prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program, Laura was instrumental on the division and corporate level in the design and implementation of GE’s transformational WorkOut process. At Bank of America, Laura led teams in the implementation of complex corporate change initiatives following the NationsBank merger. As Human Resources Director for Delta Air Lines in London, Laura led significant business restructuring initiatives across Europe and supported the development of cross-cultural business teams.

With a focus on leadership development, instructional design and change management, Laura helps businesses unlock the teamwork, creativity, and knowledge of their workforce to obtain superior performance. Her strong business acumen coupled with her expertise in world-class human resources practices and change management have enabled her to successfully support clients from a wide range of industries in the US as well as multiple countries throughout Asia and Europe.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

  • Designing and executing an employee communications and training program to support the introduction of a multi-national shared services function in a financial services company
  • Launching an executive coaching process and network in one of the largest health care organizations in the US
  • Supporting the introduction of succession planning and talent management processes in a global Korean conglomerate
  • Designing a leadership program for the Treasury Services division of a Fortune 10 US bank
  • Developing and delivering a Leadership Academy for a high growth, high tech company in preparation for an IPO
