MBTI®

Developed by Isabel Myers and based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological type, the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator® is a powerful tool that The Wunderlin Company uses to help individuals, teams and entire organizations improve the way they communicate, learn and work.

The MBTI® instrument determines preferences in four dichotomies

  • Extraversion-Introversion
  • Sensing-Intuition
  • Thinking-Feeling
  • Judging-Perceiving

The combinations of these preferences result in 16 unique personality types. Inventorying and understanding your personality type will help identify your natural patterns for accessing information, making decisions and relating to people.

The basic MBTI® is quite commonly administered across a range of settings. Frequently our clients find the MBTI® step II very beneficial for better understanding their unique expression of a particular personality type. It has been our experience that the data gleaned from the assessment is often incorrectly analyzed, ignored or misapplied. We work to provide a much more thorough analysis of the data and its applications in terms of personal development, teams, organizations, conflict, coaching, emotional intelligence and communication.
